About Me: Healing Hands Horsemanship rescue facility and Equine-Assisted Therapy program in Northern California, offering Horsemanship lessons for all ages and abilities. Our lesson plans are carefully designed to fit the individual needs of our students; offering a wide range of benefits, such as self-esteem and confidence building, motor-skill and sensory awareness, cognitive practices, interpersonal skills, physical strengthening, and more, through learning about horse care, horseback riding and horse training with the healing assistance of our specially selected rescue horses and staff.. A number of the rescue horses at our facility that successfully complete the rehabilitation and professional evaluation processes, can also become eligible for adoption by our graduate students of this Equine-Assisted Therapy program.
