I have updated the site to optionally post comments back to Facebook. They changed the API’s on us and I had to update the way it works. Let me know if there are any issues.

What translation platform was / is / will be used in order to localize the applications?
My Info is my only Facebook application that is set up to be translated and its only set to allow Spanish. Facebook has the translation features built in. I can activate another language if you are interested in translating it.
For my other Facebook applications, such as My Greetings and My Status, I haven’t had any requests for translation or anyone offering to translate. It is a fair amount of work to make the application translation-ready, so I haven’t bothered until there was demand.
What about a #xtremelysocial freenode.net IRC channel at
irc://irc.freenode.net/xtremelysocial ?
What about linking a wiki installation here?
What about linking a bugzilla bug tracking system here?
Thanks Tim!
may i have your customized fbconnector?
Judotens, I’m trying to work with the original author to have him incorporate my enhancements… and build a plugin system so that I can release additional features that he doesn’t want to support as my own plugin on top of his. Thanks for joining the site!
I’m testing out a cache system for XtremelySocial.com to speed up page loads and reduce memory and database queries on my server. Keep in mind, though, that the Facebook features still hit Facebook’s servers real-time. I also want to make sure that when someone comments on the site, those comments appear quickly.
Can you e-mail me your version of sociable.es’ version of fbconnect plugin? I think your’s is better..
Monchee, Thanks for the compliment on my enhancements. Right now the code isn’t ready to release. What I’m trying to do is get the original plugin author to work with me to encorporate at least some of the enhancements into his plugin. Also to work with him to provide a plugin framework where myself and others can extend the functionality. I haven’t heard from the author yet, though. I don’t really want to have two completely separate versions (“forks”) of the plugin out there. I’ll keep everyone posted on any progress made with the author.
ok. i understand.. but hopefully it’d be released soon.. btw, the “publish this comment to facebook” keeps getting errors right now.. i think fb updated their code..
oh, it’s working again! how’d u fix it??
Hmm. I didn’t actually change anything related to publishing comments to Facebook. Let me know if you have any more problems with that, though. Thanks!
